1. Arise Summer Program: K-12 children and youth are welcome to join this summer's fun-filled activities! The required grade level varies for each class; please refer to the registration form for details.  Register Now!

• Date：7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/15
• Time：6:30-8:30 PM
• Classes：K-POP Dance, Junior Chef, Polymer Clay Art, Crochet 

2. Youth Group in Summer: During the summer holiday season, the youth group will have special gatherings scheduled at various times and locations. Please email info@arisechurch.us if you are interested in joining. We look forward to spending a meaningful and refreshing summer together!

3. TGIF: Summer is here. Our college and young adults will meet up at church on Fridays for dinner, topical study, and hang out time. Doors open at 7pm. Please invite your friends to join us.

4. Summer table tennis activity: You are welcome to participate in the summer table tennis activity on Saturday mornings during the summer holiday. 

• Date: 7/11, 7/25, 8/1 Saturday
• Time: 8:30-10:30 AM
• Location: MPR (Participants, please enter through the back door)
• Note: All participants must fill in the "Emergency Contact form" and sign the "Liability Waiver & Release". For the church record, you must check in when you attend.

5. Kids Against Hunger Food Packaging: The Missional Department invites you and your family and friends to participate in this charitable event. We will work together to pack nutritious food and deliver it to needy children overseas. We need approximately 100 volunteers! Children aged 8 and above accompanied by a parent, are welcome to participate. High school students can earn community service hours.

• Date: Saturday, July 18th, 10 AM - 12 PM
• Registration Fee: $20 (includes food and delivery). Check payable to Arise Church, specify KAH in the memo.
• Registration will be open until 7/12

6. 2026 Arise Summer Camp updates: Our Summer Camp will be Aug 7-9. As advised by the church's insurance company, all adult campers participating in the summer camp are required to sign a liability waiver agreement. Therefore, all registered adult campers, please go to the sanctuary lobby after the service to sign the agreement. Some activities can still take sign-ups:

• Archery: The cost is $15. First come, first served.
• Talent Show: We only have time for 6 entries. Each act should be no longer than 10 minutes (including setup time for your act). Please sign up ASAP. 
• Saturday Workshop: Pastor Kaho Jim will be leading a workshop in Cantonese on Saturday, August 8th, from 2-3 pm. The topic is "Discipleship as Seen in the Gospel of Mark—Principles, Practices, and Experience Sharing." Please sign up to attend.

7. World Cup Watch Party: On 7/19 at 12:00 noon, the Cafe will be open as a watch party venue. You are welcome to bring your family and friends to attend worship and then stay to watch the game.

8. Graduate Dinner: Arise Celebrates our High School and up Graduates at our Graduation Dinner on Saturday, August 1, 2026. Doors open at 6pm, dinner and program at 7pm.  The event is free for Graduates and families, and anyone aged 11 and under. Cost is $15 for anyone 12 and up. Please sign up by July 26 for our preparation.
